Winnie the Pooh

It was my friend's son Noah's first birthday and she asked me to make a cake for him. Upon request, this cake has no egg yolks, no dairy and reduced sugar.  Egg whites and soy milk were used as substitutes instead.  Despite the restrictions, the flavours worked out surprisingly well =)  Happy birthday Noah!
